Tell the Senate to keep pro-pesticide provisions out of the Farm Bill
The House voted to strike two devastating provisions from the farm bill. The first would've made it difficult for civilians to take legal action against pesticide companies for the harm their products cause. The second would've prevented local and state governments from imposing stricter-than-federal pesticide regulations, which have helped prevent use near schools, parks, water supplies, and wildlife habitats.

Let's urge our senators to ensure that the House-passed pesticide amendment is upheld in the Senate version of the bill!
