We have a quick ask of you to help us advance legislation to get your team members some state tax relief!

While tipped income at the federal level has been addressed, employees currently can’t get state-level tax relief on tips.

Assembly Bill 1550 (Sanchez) proposes allowing certain team members tax relief on earned tips and overtime compensation for 3-years.

In doing so, AB 1550 puts more money back in the pockets of hard-working employees and helps stimulate local economies. 

Please take a quick moment to use the tool attached to send a letter to your state Assembly member urging them to support AB 1550 (Sanchez) — Tax Relief on Tips or Overtime.
