Urgent Action Needed: HB 2173 Moving Soon

The Pennsylvania House Professional Licensure Committee is expected to vote on HB 2173 this Wednesday and your voice is needed now.

HB 2173 would add new licensure requirements for medical imaging professionals without recognizing the unique role of cardiovascular technologists. As written, this could contribute to workforce shortages, longer wait times, and reduced access to care for patients.

Please take a moment today to contact your State Representative and urge them to:

👉 Oppose HB 2173 unless cardiovascular technologists and professionals are exempted

Your outreach is especially important if your Senator serves in leadership or on the committee.
