Take Action Now: CV Workforce at Risk in Pennsylvania!
PA-ACC,

The House and Senate Licensure Committees have passed SB 1334 & HB 2173, which will negatively impact our cardiovascular workforce in PA if passed as currently written. Both bills now await action on the floor. The timing of these votes is unclear, but they could move out of their respective chambers at any time. Your State Representatives and State Senators need to hear from you Today!

As a reminder this legislation will provide new licensure requirements for medical imaging professionals without recognizing the unique role of cardiovascular technologists. As written, this could contribute to workforce shortages, longer wait times, and reduced access to care for patients.

Please take a moment today to contact your State Representative and State Senator and urge them to:

👉 Oppose HB 2173/SB 1334 unless cardiovascular technologists and professionals are exempted

Thank you
