Clinical Trial Modernization Act
The Clinical Trial Modernization Act (S.4440 / H.R. 3521) would make it easier for patients to participate in clinical trials by removing cost and geographic barriers. Increasing clinical trial participation is a key piece of driving innovation and developing new treatments.

Participation in clinical trials is particularly important to children with cancer and vital in establishing the standard of care for pediatric cancer patients. As children have unique biology, clinical trials help researchers discover the best ways to treat them.
