Increase the Number of Mental Health Clinicians
We have a critical shortage of social workers, counselors, psychologists, and more. So why does it take so long for the government to license them? It can take many months for qualified mental health clinicians to get the approval they need to provide the care you need.


 This bill, A2805/S1761 would make each state licensing board in NJ have to study how long it takes to approve qualified applicants and take steps to remedy any long wait times.
