Tell Congress to Pass the Credit Card Competition Act
Senators Dick Durbin (D-IL) and Roger Marshall (R-KS) and Representatives Zoe Lofgren (D-CA) and Lance Gooden (R-TX) have reintroduced the Credit Card Competition Act in the Senate following President Trump’s endorsement of the bill on social media.

The Credit Card Competition Act gives grocers the power to route credit card transactions through unaffiliated networks, which will interject much-needed competition to the credit card marketplace and lower costs for grocers and their customers.

NGA needs your help in making this critical piece of legislation become law. Act now and tell Congress to pass the Credit Card Competition Act!
