CT: Urge Your Lawmakers to Prioritize Funding for Home Care
Medicaid HCBS programs in Connecticut help keep persons who are elderly and disabled and veterans safe in their own homes at a significant cost savings to the state. Despite its value, investment in home care has not kept pace with rising costs, such as minimum wage, inflation, and transportation. 

HCAOA has been hard at work in Hartford educating lawmakers about the importance of prioritizing access to home care, but WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Our lawmakers need to hear from as many constituents as possible so they understand the urgency of investing in Medicaid HCBS reimbursement rates. 

Please take just one minute today to take action and send an email to your lawmakers urging them to support increased investment in Medicaid HCBS this session!
