The email will urge your U.S. representative to support HR 7024 - the Hemp Planting Predictability Act and urge your senators to support S 3686 - A bill to amend the Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agency Appropriations Act, 2026, to delay the implementation of amendments made by that Act to the hemp production provisions of the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946. These are identical bills that will delay implementation of the hemp ban that was passed in November as part of the Agriculture Appropriations bill.
