HB328 is moving quickly through the North Carolina General Assembly. As written, HB328 would effectively ban hemp-derived THC products in the state, including the beverages many adults legally choose today.

North Carolinians deserve thoughtful regulation—not a policy that removes access altogether.

Please encourage your state representatives and senator to vote NO on any HB328 conference report that includes Section 1 or the 0.4mg total THC per container limit.
