What President Trump calls the Big Beautiful Bill has a lot of different components. But one addition is giving pro-life advocates HOPE for the defunding of Planned Parenthood. In this bill is the removal of government funding for Planned Parenthood. There are a lot of moving parts in the negotiations for this bill--we want to emphasize to elected officials that this component - the defunding of Planned Parenthood by the Federal government- NEEDS to remain in the final bill. Let your officials know your specific desire to defund Planned Parenthood and urge them to keep it in the bill. Don't forget to pray for them as they receive your message! The Holy Spirit goes before our messages!

The Big Beautiful Bill has many components. As your constituent, one particular facet I am very passionate about is the purposeful defunding of Planned Parenthood. I am excited to see this in the bill and am hoping that however else the bill is altered, there would NOT be funding for Planned Parenthood back in the bill. Life is important to people of faith like me--many others in our state are passionate about this as I am.
