It has been proven by the best cybersecurity experts in the world that electronic voting machines are vulnerable to hacking, manipulation, and switching of votes.  It is imperative that Louisiana implement a secure, paper ballot voting system in order to fully secure the integrity of our vote.  Such a system is used effectively in many other countries, and has been demonstrated right here in Louisiana.  It is much less expensive and much more reliable than electronic voting.  If our votes are not secure, we are not secure. We must demand it in Louisiana.
