GO2 for Lung Cancer

Urge Congress to Restore & Fully Fund Lung Cancer Research Funding in FY2027!
Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer death, yet federal funding remains far too low. Last year, the Full-Year Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act (Public Law 119-4) cut CDMRP funding by 57% and eliminated dedicated funding for the Lung Cancer Research Program (LCRP) in FY 2025.

Contact your Members of Congress today and urge them to restore and fully fund the LCRP at $60 million in FY 2027. This peer-reviewed, stand-alone program drives vital research on lung cancer treatment, prevention, and veteran health.
