We’ve fought for decades to replace the confusion and overreach of past WOTUS rules with a version that works for those who work the land. This proposal is a significant step in the right direction — but it’s not final yet. The agencies need to hear loud and clear that farmers and ranchers support a fair, practical, and lasting WOTUS rule.
