Urge your member of Congress to cosponsor H.R. 1559, the Postal Employees Appeal Rights Act, 

Currently, about 5000 EAS level postal managers are deprived of the right to appeal adverse actions to the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB).  Reps. Gerry Connolly (D-VA) and Andrew Garbarino (R-NY) introduced bipartisan legislation to address this deficiency. H.R. 1559 would ensure that virtually all EAS level personnel have the right to appeal adverse decisions to the MSPB,.
