Urge Passing Bipartisan Bills, Negotiate in Good Faith, End Partial Shutdown

Congress has made progress on government funding, passing 11 of the 12 appropriation bills as of February 3rd, and then gave themselves a two-week continuing resolution for the Department of Homeland Security. However, there remains controversy over the levels and conditions of funding for DHS, which has resulted in a partial government shutdown.

NARFE is urging Congress to engage in good faith bipartisan negotiations over the Homeland Security appropriations bills to end the partial government shutdown.

NARFE is encouraging you to join our call to encourage Congress to end the partial government shutdown!
