Efforts to make college more affordable were among the many initiatives passed in 2023 legislative session. Starting in the fall of 2024, the Northstar Scholarship program will offer a tuition and fee-free pathway to higher education. To be eligible for this scholarship, you must be a Minnesota resident and have an adjusted gross income of $80,000 or less.
