Pay Equity For Behavioral Health Workers
Bill # XX: Pay Equity For Behavioral Health Workers

Behavioral health providers are an essential part of Rhode Island. Because of the current lack of behavioral health workers and barriers to caring for patients in Rhode Island, many communities do not have access to this type of care. Increasing the pay for behavioral health workers will provide more patients with the opportunity to receive behavioral health care and further Rhode Island's commitment to accessing essential care.
