Urge Congress to Support the Public Safety Officer Concussion and Traumatic Brain Injury Health Act (H.R. 2830 / S. 1409
The Public Safety Officer Concussion and Traumatic Brain Injury Health Act of 2025 (H.R. 2830 / S. 1409) is currently under consideration in Congress. This legislation would strengthen the nation’s response to concussions and traumatic brain injuries among public safety officers. By directing the CDC to improve the collection and sharing of data on duty-related head injuries, the bill helps support earlier identification, better care, and improved long-term outcomes for first responders.
