March is Athletic Training Month! Consider introducing yourself to your state Senator and Representative using the message center to the right. A template has been provided for your convenience, but we encourage you to personalize your message so that your legislators can get to know you even more! 

If a legislator wants to visit you at your workplace, be sure to gain approval from your administration prior. Also, always remember you are representing yourself and the NCATA and not your employer and/or workplace. 

Making acquaintance with your legislator can be extremely helpful when initiatives arise for which we need their support. So, thank you for being an active advocate and great representation of the profession!
