Tell Congress PBM Reform Must Be a Priority

Please take a moment and Contact your legislators and remind them that the the PBM reforms that were agreed to in December save taxpayers $5 billion and must pass as part of standalone legislation or be included in the developing reconciliation package.

Continue to voice your support and remind Congress that PBM reform is long overdue.

Tell your legislators to finalize these PBM reforms because:

  • They save taxpayers $5 billion
  • They continue to garner overwhelming bipartisan/bicameral support
  • Community pharmacies continue to close at an alarming rate while patient costs continue to increase
  • Provisions in CMS’ final 2026 Part D Rule make PBM reforms more urgent
