Please thank your legislators for getting these PBM reforms across the finish line. These reforms included one of NCPA’s top priorities which would require CMS to define and enforce reasonable and relevant contract terms, including those related to pharmacy reimbursements, in Medicare Part D.
Also, urge your legislators to continue their efforts to hold PBMs accountable by addressing their egregious practices in other taxpayer funded programs like Medicaid, Tricare and the Federal Employee Health Benefit Program.
In addition to sending an email today, come to Washington, D.C. April 15-16 to attend NCPA’s Congressional Pharmacy Fly-In and meet in-person with your legislators or their key staff and tell them to keep up the momentum on PBM reforms. Your voice makes a difference!
