Support Greater Access and Accountability in the Tricare Program
Your Senator is a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, which will soon begin drafting the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for 2027. Urge your Senator to include S. 4106, the Rx Access, Choice, Cost Equity, and Supply Stability (RX ACCESS) Act, sponsored by Sens. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) and Tim Kaine (D-Va.) in this bill.

S. 4106 would:

  • Provide for fair reimbursements for retail pharmacies participating in Tricare
  • Expand the Tricare pharmacy network to better serve beneficiaries and allow them to use the pharmacy of their choice
  • Require an annual audit of Tricare’s PBM data

Urge your Senator to actively support this commonsense legislation that ensures that military service members and their families who rely on Tricare can conveniently obtain their medications from the pharmacy of their choice.

If your legislators are not a member of the Committee, you're message will ask that they cosposonsor the RX ACCESS Act in their respective Chamber.
