If H.R. 32 is enacted, the Trump administration would have the power to cut off federal funding to nearly 700 communities across 28 states and Washington, D.C.  And tens of millions of American families would be at risk of losing vital services, from school lunches to their local bus line, for reasons unrelated to immigration.

Our local governments must be free to make decisions about their local issues without threats from the federal government.
