ACTION ALERT: OPPOSE S2260/A2218 - The bill was amended in the Senate Health Committee on 5-11.  Assembly Health Committee released it from committee on May 14th and referred to the Assembly Appropriations Committee.  

 Please take Action Immediately!

This bill would:

• Expand broad legal protections and immunities under the category of “legally protected health care activity,” including abortion and gender-affirming health care services
• Restrict certain cooperation with out-of-state investigations and enforcement actions

' Poses Serious Threats to lawful,  peaceful First Amendment activities protected by our State and Federal Constitutions.  
• Raise serious concerns regarding oversight, reporting, and accountability

We urge all concerned citizens to immediately contact their State Senators and Assembly representatives and respectfully urge them to vote NO on S2260/A2218.
