Gov. Kathy Hochul has announced that she will seek to pass legislation creating a COVID-19 vaccine mandate for students in New York schools. Bill A.8378-Dinowitz contains such a mandate. Like many other policies that the state of New York has adopted during the course of the COVID-19 pandemic, the proposed mandate is a heavy-handed overreach.

Please write to your state lawmakers today and ask them to speak out and vote against Bill A.8378-Dinowitz, as well as any other proposal to mandate COVID-19 vaccination for students.
