Research is a lifeline for breast cancer patients, survivors and their loved ones. Since 1998, U.S. Postal Service customers have contributed nearly $100 million towards cutting-edge breast cancer research at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the Department of Defense’s (DOD) Breast Cancer Research Program through a special Breast Cancer Research Stamp. This stamp has given the public the opportunity to contribute directly to breast cancer research and the fight against breast cancer—but this program will expire at the end of 2027 if Congress does not act!
Tell Congress that our community depends on sustainable, proven and innovative funding mechanisms—like the Breast Cancer Research Stamp— to accelerate progress in life-saving research and drive the future of breast cancer treatment. Contact your lawmakers today to urge their support of the Breast Cancer Research Stamp Reauthorization Act!
