Protect the Brownfield Cleanup Program
The NY Legislature recently passed a bill that would add prevailing wage requirements onto Brownfield Cleanup Program projects. 

Projects over $5 million would be required to pay remedial workers prevailing wage, making BCP projects less financially viable. Coupling this change with the BCP's $50,000 application fee would render the program ineffective, to the detriment of our regional economy and environment. 

Tell Governor Hochul to veto this misguided bill.
