VVA Officers on Capitol Hill

While in D.C. for Vietnam Veterans Day, VVA national officers spent two full days on Capitol Hill, advancing VVA's agenda for the 119th Congress. 

VVA Treasurer Dr. Wayne Reynolds visited numerous legislators, engaging them in a discussion re the critical need for research on the impact of Military Toxic Exposures on the children and grandchildren of exposed veterans.

On March 27, VVA Vice President Tom Burke engaged with Sen. Jon Husted (R-Ohio) about the urgent need for legislation aimed at conducting comprehensive research on the biological descendants of veterans exposed to toxic substances.
