Ask Your Representative to Cosponsor the Advancing Water Reuse Act!

H.R. 2940, the Advancing Water Reuse Act, has been introduced in the US House of Representatives and it will provide a 30 percent investment tax credit (ITC) to help manufacturers, data centers, and other industrial entities scale up their use of recycled water. Introduced U.S. Representatives Darin LaHood (R-IL), Claudia Tenney (R-NY), Linda Sanchez (D-CA), and Brad Schneider (D-IL) on April 17, 2025, the bill will create opportunities for businesses to expand operations and grow jobs while also protecting local water resources.
