• preventing a single official from closing a range behind closed doors. It forces transparency and a rigorous public process.
• mandates public hearings in Arizona's most populous counties, forcing the Game and Fish Department to face the community before taking away our ranges.
• requires a unanimous Commission vote, a Governor’s Executive Order, and a Joint Resolution from the Legislature. This ensures no range is closed without overwhelming public and political consensus.
