Minnesota SF 2320 Must Be Opposed, Closes Public Lands for Sportsmen
Tomorrow, Thursday, March 26, the Senate State and Local Government Committee is scheduled to hear SF 2320, a dangerous bill that grants local governments the power to prohibit firearms and ammunition in any government-owned building or—critically—on any government-owned or leased land.

Email the committee and urge them to vote 'NO' on SF 2320. This bill is a direct attack on State Preemption, the vital principle that ensures uniform firearm laws across Minnesota. Without it, law-abiding citizens will be trapped in a confusing web of local 'gun-free zones' that change from one town border to the next.

This isn't just about City Hall. This bill could effectively shut down local trails, parks, and public parcels traditionally used for hunting or accessing hunting grounds. It turns a peaceful walk to your deer stand into a misdemeanor based on an invisible boundary line.

The hearing is scheduled to begin 15 minutes after the Senate floor session adjourns (Session starts at 11:00 AM). Monitor the link below for the live feed.

Minnesota’s sportsmen and gun owners are facing a defining moment. This is no longer just a legislative debate; it is a direct assault on our heritage. If we remain silent, radical activists will continue their campaign of attrition until our traditions are dismantled piece by piece. We cannot permit our way of life to be regulated into extinction. Strength in numbers is our greatest asset. Please take 30 seconds to forward this email to your family, friends, and hunting buddies and urge them to Take Action today.

The legacy of hunting, fishing, and trapping depends on our actions today. Urge your family and friends to join you and the Sportsmen’s Alliance in the fight against the rising tide of animal extremism.
