On Thursday, March 26, the Senate overwhelmingly passed HB 78, the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Clarification Act (PLCAA), which ensures that a manufacturer cannot be sued simply because a criminal misused a product that was legally made and sold. The bill has officially completed the legislative process, passing both the House and Senate, and is now headed to Governor Beshear’s desk for his consideration.

Contact the Governor and ask him to sign HB 78 into law.
