The AAE seeks your help in calling on the House to pass legislation prohibiting dental benefit carriers from setting the fees in-network dentists can charge for dental services not covered by carriers. The bipartisan Dental and Optometric Care (DOC) Access Act would ensure all patients and dentists are protected at the federal level from these unfair business practices by dental plans.
