Representatives Neal Dunn (R-FL), Claudia Tenney (R-NY) and Nanette Barragán (D-CA) introduced the Timely Access to Coverage Decisions Act, which would reform the Local Coverage Determination (LCD) process to strengthen appropriate stakeholder input, require timely completion of requests for new and existing determinations, increase transparency, and establish a process for agency review of reconsideration decisions.
